The actual Law Firm of Feltrinelli & Brogi was established in Milan in 1984 as an individual office, linked with some of the best known Italian companies specialized in the field of patent, trademark, copyright and competition law.
Since its establishment, in fact, the Law Firm makes a choice - innovative in the Italian Law Firm - which will always characterize its specific vocation and at the same time will bring about its undisputed success: that of specializing its business in the field of intellectual property and competition law.
By constantly following this philosophy, the study over the years takes marked as to the organization.
In 2000 the study takes the form of association, increasing the number of its collaborators, and at the same time it starts a consolidation and expansion of its territorial organization opening the offices of Milan, Verona, Bologna, Vicenza, Venice and Padua.
The progressive and ever-increasing integration between legal activity and technical activity led, in 2006, to set up the patent and trademark firm APTA (www.aptalaw.com), forging a very strong partnership between the beginning of exclusive rights (patents and trademark filings, prosecution, etc.) and their defense.
